I use this to make different variations of flavors. Most recent is home made Chilton Co. Peach. I have my own recipe and everyone raves over it. Leftovers freeze great so I can have ready for guest anytime!
Great homemade taste. I used only whole milk and the Junket ice cream mix. I thought I was eating McDonald's soft serve ice cream.
Make homemade ice cream weekly and this is the perfect base foe vanilla ice cream or adding other flavors like chocolate or strawberry with real strawberries or even bananas!
Works quite well with electric counter-top ice cream maker from Walmart. Add a little extra vanilla. Also works well with addition of chocolate or other flavorings. Great flavor and consistency. Using this ice cream mix with shelf-stable UHT whipping cream and shelf-stable UHT whole milk - both from Walmart - makes home-quarantining (and not being able to go to the grocery store, but receiving all food in shipments) during Life in the Year of CoVID tolerable.
You can't find it any where in the stores. Cheaper than directly from the company.
This mix had a great flavor and worked good in the ice cream machine.
So simple and it's delicious. We made a batch and added fresh strawberries .. perfection! We made a batch and added cocoa powder .. delicious chocolate ! Made as is - vanilla flavor is excellent. Try it .. you won't be sorry !
I was amazed at how delicious this item was. I made it in my ice maker and my family couldn't get enough of it.Made it on Sunday at 5pm and it was gone at 7pm. Will be ordering more very soon. Thanks Jim
I have been using Junket for many years to make homemade ice cream and it is getting harder and harder to find in store and I was very happy when I went to the website and found it there.. I even ordered some for my son who also make the ice cream. They also make this in chocolate and strawberry.
makes a good not too sweet vanilla ice cream. all you need is milk & cream.
